Race for Warmth

Length: ~16 miles
TerrainFlat
Elevation: 227'
Ride Type: Event/non-Group

Details

Join Clark Public Utilities for their 10th annual Race for Warmth, a 5k/10k run/walk and now a fun bike ride has been added to support Operation Warm Heart, a local program to help limited-income families in crisis situations who need help paying their electric bills.

There will be prizes, a kids run and fun for the whole family! New this year: in addition to the 5k/10 run/walk, there will be a bike option on a separate route in honor of the ten year anniversary of the Race for Warmth!

There will be a virtual option as well for people to participate in at any point throughout the weekend. Registration for this event is $40 and all funds go directly to Operation Warm Heart. Over the last nine years the race alone has raised over $419,000 for local families.
