The lap of the course is almost 18.7 miles with 1163FT elevation gain. This ride is set to have 2 laps plus an additional lap, so anyone could do a cooldown if they wish. The total milage will be around 37 miles and 3200FT of EG. There is going to be a warm up for 10 mins at 2.0 w/kg, then flat sections is at 2.7-3.2 w/kg and climbs between 3.7 -4.2 w/kg. The 6th mile marker during the 2nd lap is where hot section will start or you can just keep it at a comfortable pace. The event can be accessed here:
