Leg-stretching, cobweb-sweeping civic duty social ride -  with an opportunity to sip a beverage at the end because this is a shorty AND we've got daylight! 

Let's bike along McGillivray to the red ballot box at Fisher's Landing Transit Center, refreshing our thoughts for improvements to that very important segment of the Scottish Highway (McLoughlin, MacArthur, McGillivray).

City planners have received a lot of input so far, and some of it is DEFINITELY not cycling friendly.  We need to weigh in!

Next we vote - drop your ballot in the box if you have one.


Last we head for the beverage bar - coffee or beer - group decides.

  • Please arrive 15 minutes early to be a part of the announcements and safety briefing.
  • Riders are expected to have read the Safe Riding Policy and be familiar with the Ride Style Definitions.
  • Please direct questions to the ride leader or Road Captain.
  • Helmets are required. Lights (front and rear), RoadIDs and cell phones are recommended.
  • Remember - we want to be awesome representatives for cycling and spread a love for our great sport locally by obeying all traffic laws and riding in a safe and courteous manner. Ride safely and have fun!
