DETAILS
We all want to do something to help the people we see who are living outside. How do we help?
To start, we RIDE.
We’ll SEE pallet homes and Safe Stays, overnight shelters, and apartments for people who have health needs.
We’ll UNDERSTAND the network of almost 2 dozen non-profits partnering with city and county to bring people inside and begin healing the traumas.
Our route is short and flat so we can LEARN the types of investments local, state, and federal monies support.
Proposition 1, the Affordable Housing Fund levy, was passed in 2016 and expires this year. That’s why you’ll see Prop 3, a replacement levy on the ballot in February.
To finish, let’s sip something and CHAT!
