The lap of the course is almost 10 miles with 446FT elevation gain. This ride is set to have 3 laps plus an additional lap, so anyone could do a cooldown if they wish. The total milage will be around 30 miles. There is going to be a warm up for 10 mins at 2.0 w/kg, then flat sections is at 2.7-3.0 w/kg and climbs between 3.3 -3.7 w/kg. 3rd lap is the hot lap where you can go after it or just keep it at a comfortable pace.
