Details:	Route Description: Our Monday night rides will be a different route each week, but count on riding with us every Monday night while there's light. This Monday night (8/16/2021) we have a beautiful countryside ride planned! What? Countryside and no hills? That's right, we found a great route! We'll be breaking records with a 10.6 mile ride, but I think it's totally worth it. But don't take my word for it... We start at Hockinson Meadows Community Park with a destination of away from the city! We'll park near the playground on the east side of the park - follow parking signage to the dog park. Map is at this link: https://ridewithgps.com/routes/37004197 REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. Contact me if you have any difficulty. Our registration collects your waiver signature AND emergency contact information. Important! ⦁ Please arrive 15 minutes early to be part of the announcements and safety briefing. ⦁ Bring a bike in good working order (pump up those tires), wear your helmet (REQUIRED), and tuck in some water and a tube that fits your wheel. ⦁ This is a no rider left behind ride meaning that we will travel at the pace of the slowest rider. Note: If you are a 201 ride leader, you are always welcome to send me wording to add to this ride for any 201 route adaptations you'd like to offer at the same time - OR - talk to a road captain about adding a separate 201 route on the calendar. Please feel welcome to join or add to this ride and my future rides.
Notes:	Please arrive 15 minutes early to be a part of the announcements and safety briefing. Riders are expected to have read the Safe Riding Policy and be familiar with the Ride Style Definitions. Please direct questions to the ride leader or Road Captain. Helmets are required. Lights (front and rear), RoadIDs and cell phones are recommended. Remember - we want to be awesome representatives for cycling and spread a love for our great sport locally by obeying all traffic laws and riding in a safe and courteous manner.
