You get to see all that Portland has to offer: After traversing through Vancouver, head into Portland by going past the airport. Then, to homelessness (urban camping), to high-end Mt. Tabor houses, to hipsters in SE Portland, up through diverse North Portland, and then back to Vancouver.

Starting from Bike Clark County...
Goes east along McLaughlin/MacArthur to I-205 bridge
I-205 (along bike route) south to Yamhill
Yamhill west up and over Mt. Tabor dropping down via SE Lincoln
Lincoln west to East Esplanade
Esplanade North to Williams
Williams to 1-5 bridge and back to BCC
