Ice Age.
I'm from Texas. I know how to train for Heat Legs, frequently stop for a
drink in the shade, and slow waaay down. I purposefully ride mid-day in the 90s. I'm worried that others don't and won't be prepared to ride from 10:30 to about 3:00pm in the heat, so I'm sending my Rider Beware! note to everyone today.
