Hello everyone. I have created a volunteer sign up "sheet" on SignUpGenius.com on behalf of our RACC Coordinator Judy Boyle. Please see the link below which will take you right to our sign up sheet. You can click on the link if it allows you to or just copy and paste onto your browser.

For those that have already signed up with Judy, you will still need to sign up at the above link. Then whatever open slots are left those will need to be filled. Next, Judy let me know which group is filled, so when those same people sign in and fill a slot, there will be no remaining slots, therefore filled.
Judy, you will need to enter your name under RACC Coordinator, that then allows you to communicate with everyone on the list. Everyone who enters their name in a slot can also communicate amongst themselves, no emailing.
The reasons for this SignUpGenius is 1) to take the task of looking for volunteers off of her hands. 2) eliminates the need for any emailing. 3) This app runs itself so all Judy has to do is just check in to see how its going, and if slots aren't filling she'll send out a gentle reminder through Buddies.
Finally, as the manager of this app, if anyone needs to add a group, add or delete slots, just let me know.
