Hello, everyone!
Now that the air is chilling and the wind is blowing, the leaves should be falling on the I-205 bike path. So it's time to rake them up! I've put an event on the VBC Facebook page:

I scheduled it for 2PM, which should give you time to get in a morning ride. We'll work for an hour or two, generally until the path is clear to the edges of the pavement. If you arrive a little early or a little late- not to worry, there's plenty of work for everyone.
What we need is leaf blowers, weedwackers, rakes and square-nose shovels. The shovels are for scraping moss from the pavement, which gets super-slick in the wet. They're also great for social distancing... just keep a shovel-length apart and we'll all be fine!
