Free Tuesday evening? Come join me for a ride along the beautiful BBC trail.
Our ride begins from Safeway off 112th Ave and spends just a few miles riding the roads, before it jumps onto this wonderful paved car free trail.
We'll ride from the beginning to the end, enjoy a little re-fuel break, and then make our way back the way along the trail to our starting point.
Tuesday's weather looks absolutely stunning, so I expect certain parts of the trail to be well populated.
This ride is posted as a 13-14 pace, but that speed may decrease if the trail is busy.
This ride is listed as moderate due to a few hills on it.
