Details:	Throbbing Thigh Thriller Summer Series 7 - ONLINE REGISTRATION REQUIRED! We are going to mix up the Throbbing Thigh Thriller with a summer series of rides starting at Blue Castle Coffee in Battle Ground. The summer series will include a series of 8 different routes into the hills north and east of Battle Ground. The seventh ride of the series climbs hills southwest of Hockinson. It includes climbs on Sunset Rd and Powell/Rawson Roads, before returning to Battle Ground. This ride alternates between the Throbbing Thigh Thriller Summer Series (this week), and the Non-Throbbing Thigh Thriller - which is next week. Notes:	Please arrive 15 minutes early to be ready to ride at 10. Riders are expected to have read the Safe Riding Policy and be familiar with the Ride Style Definitions. Please direct questions to the ride leader or Road Captain. Helmets are required. Lights (front and rear), RoadIDs and cell phones are recommended. Make sure your bike is in good working order. Riders should be able to maintain the stated pace. Please communicate with the leader if you decide to go off route or not return to the start. Remember - we want to be awesome representatives for cycling and spread a love for our great sport locally by obeying all traffic laws and riding in a safe and courteous manner.
