Hi VBC Members,
As a special thank you for their hard work on RACC 2025, we're hosting a volunteer appreciation ride on Saturday, July 19th, featuring the 34-mile Town & Country and the Metric Plus routes.
To make this ride extra special for our volunteers, we need someone to step up and lead the coordination of support for the three rest stops and volunteers to host the rest stops:
• Bike Clark County
• Day Break
• Lacamas Lake
This project involves:
• Organizing each of the 3 rest stops.
• Procuring snacks and drinks for the volunteer riders at each location.
VBC members are the driving force behind our club's success, especially in supporting our fundraising efforts like RACC. This is a crucial role in showing our appreciation to those who dedicated their time.
Please let me know if you are able to take on this important task of organizing the rest stop support and supporting the rest stops.
As a reminder, we'll also be honoring all our volunteers with a Pizza Party at the Aero Room that evening, with pizza and salad from Bortolami's and refreshments provided by VBC.
