Dear Buddies:
The VBC picnic is set for Saturday, September 16 at Frenchmen’s Bar from 11:30 to 2:30 (details here: https://vbc-usa.com/content.aspx?page_id=4002&club_id=851488&item_id=1964540
There are 5 rides scheduled beginning at 8:30 with various paces (details on the VBC Calendar).
There will be incredible prizes raffled off, some of which you can see below:
There will be games, great food, great fellowship and amazing prizes.
Please register for the picnic; You need to separately register for the rides on the VBC ride calendar.
Caesar Paul has stepped up to coordinate the picnic. This is a big job and he needs some help, specifically:
- 2 more people to help with set up beginning t at 10:00 a.m.
- 1 more person to help with serving.
- 6 people to bake 2 dozen cookies or cupcakes (I already have 3 volunteers)
- 1 person to set up charcuterie boards (food will be provided)
- Caesar needs someone with a truck who can pick up 4 coolers, 2 rectangle coolers and 2 circular orange coolers and the drinks a day or two before the picnic. The drinks will be purchased and you will be reimbursed for the ice.
