Get ready for the Ride Around Clark County (RACC). The first 3 Saturdays, the route is 34 miles. The last Saturday, we will combing the RACC 34 + RACC 19...for a total of 53 miles. We will meet at the Marshall Center - west side (very close to the official RACC start/end) as the Marshall Center has ample parking and available restrooms. On Saturday, April 15, the default route is 35 miles. Click below for the Ride with GPS Link. We will meet up with the Battle Ground Hills-N-Thrills series at the start of their ride in Battle Ground (led by Steve Baltazar) for some solid climbing! If you'd like to just do the 35 miles, stick with your ride leader Sally - she will get you back to the start in 35 miles. If you'd like to add some distance and elevation, go with Steve's ride. Notes:
Please arrive 15 minutes early to sign up and be a part of the announcements and safety briefing. Riders are expected to have read the Safe Riding Policyand be familiar with the Ride Style Definitions. Please direct questions to the ride leader or Road Captain. Helmets are required. Lights (front and rear), RoadIDs and cell phones are recommended. Please make sure to print a ride cue sheet, if you need one. Make sure your bike is in good working order. Riders should be able to maintain the stated pace. Please communicate with the leader if you decide to go off route or not return to the start.
