I will ride a 14 mph pace on the flats (slower on the uphills, faster on the downhills). Faster and slower riders should plan on bringing a map and finding their own way. Starts in downtown Vancouver. Heading east brings you past Ft Vancouver Park and out to Blandford Ave for a little hill climbing. After winding through residential sections you ride up Lakeshore Ave with views of the Columbia. A fast downhill takes you to the Salmon Creek Trail and assorted wildlife. You get another fun downhill at the end of Hazel Dell Ave, then back through residential areas to the start. Note: Those doing a ride from River Maiden either before or after this ride might want to park at River Maiden and join us at the top of Blandford about 20 minutes after noon.
