DESCRIPTION
A quiet ride through neighborhoods, along roads with bike lanes, and on paved bike paths. We start up on the heights by DuckTales Restaurant and make our way down to river level and into downtown Vancouver where we swing by Bike Clark County to say hi to one of our favorite bike shops. Remember, what goes down must also come back up, so be prepared for a little climb back up via McLoughlin. (I know you can do it!!!) *The route begins and ends across the street from DuckTales, and right down the road from River Maiden in case anyone wants to join up for a cup of coffee or a bite to eat after to discuss STP.*
PUBLISHED PACE
All registered riders are welcome to join and may depart at any time to ride their own pace and distance; please let the ride leader know before you leave the group. We will ride at the slowest rider's pace (within the pace parameters noted above).
REGISTRATION
Registration is required and almost always free to both members and non-members. Please scroll to the bottom of this page to register for this event.
CANCELATIONS/CHANGES
I cancel if temps drop below 32°F or if there are extremely heavy rains or sideways weather (super windy). I'll note any ride changes to start time, location start, or complete cancelations at least 2 hours prior to the ride start; I'll post red text at the top of this ride information page.
