[VBC Buddies] Ride Sign-up Sheets

Hello Ride Leaders-

Our Asst. Road Capt (Jim O'Horo) has asked me to send out a little reminder note regarding the disposition of the Ride Sign-up sheets (a Release-of-All-Claims waiver, actually) after the ride has been completed.  All of Ride Sheets are to be collected by the Asst. Road Capt. who will use these to generate various ride related statistical data, and then archive these waivers for several years, in the event they may be needed.

There are three easy methods to get the Ride Sheets to Jim:     (BTW, you will  find this same info. on the bottom of the 2nd page of the Ride Sheet)
. Place into the club drop box at the River Maiden Coffee Shop (602 N Devine location) or 

. Scan the report and e-mail to: assistcptn at vbc-usa.com , or

 . Mail to the Asst. Road Capt. whose name and address are as below:              

                            Jim O'Horo 

                            8708 NE Mason Dr Apt 34 

                            Vancouver, WA 98662

Jim would like to have in his possession all of the previous month's Ride Sheets by the 5th day of the next month, in time to complete his work on time.
