[VBC Buddies] Vancouver Loop Ride Canceled

I profusely apologize to those that were planning on doing this ride.  Of course around the time the ride should have been taking off the sun came out and it is now dry.  So much for relying on the weather report.  We'll try again another time.  :)

The rain is here and I have to make a decision early.  So the Vancouver Loop Ride scheduled for Thursday at 11:00 is canceled.

Looks like the rain is coming sometime tonight, with 90% chance of rain during the Vancouver Loop ride scheduled for tomorrow at 11:00.

If it is raining the ride will be cancelled. I will send out a "canceled" notice by 9:00 am Thursday.
