Ladies, are you ready to spin? 

The Ladies Beginner Ride series on Tuesday nights at 6pm is very
popular.  The last ride in April will still follow the Breaking Away
route and start at Regal Cinemas on SE 160th Ave.

The Bike Squad is the name of the route the group will ride on May 3rd
from Big Al's on SE 18th St.  That route is also now online.
