FAQ

Question:  I've gone to the club's page and selected the ride-calendar page, but can't find the 'Suggest a Ride' button.  How do I suggest a ride?

Answer:  You must be logged in to suggest a ride.  Did you forget to login?

Question:  I lost my password.  How do I get a new one?

Answer:  Go to the login screen and under "Reset Password" enter your e-mail address and press "Reset".  A new password will be e-mailed to you.

Question:  How do I change my password after I'm logged in?

Answer:  Go to the "Edit Your Profile" screen where you can change information about yourself.  Scroll down, and at the bottom of the screen is a section for changing your password.

Question:  What is the "Privacy" section all about?

Answer:  This setting determines who can see your personal information anywhere in the system including ride-leader information for rides you are leading.  "No One" means no one, members or non-members, will see anything about you when viewing a ride.  "Members Only" means only club members will see information about you.  "Admins Only"  means only club officers will see your information.

Question:  I took some great photos on my ride and want to put them on the website.  How do I do that?

Answer:  Log in to the website.  In your Personal Options in the Member's Area you'll see "Upload Images".  Click it.  Click Change Route and select the route the images apply to, then click Browse and select the images from your computer to upload.  That's it.  You and others will see them on your Profile page, as well as when they click on that ride on the calendar.  They'll rotate through the images in the Calendar section on the Home page too!
