Looking for help
I have developed tenderness and pain at the base of the thumb where the joint meets the pad. I had a trigger thumb issue initially but it has resolved with steroid shot and stretching - sports medicine doctor. XRays confirm some osteoarthritis, narrowing of the joint space and some demineralization of the bone. 65 year old male
I have not been riding as I believe the vibration will worsen the condition or keep it from quieting down. I want to start riding again (off for about two months) - If anyone else has experience with this issue I am hoping for some ideas and help - any suggestions????? Response is welcome at
